Add form title

When you create a new form, the title box is automatically added. If you want to add more titles, tap the title icon in the bottom bar. It has two T’s, a small one and a large one.
Add question
To add questions to your form, tap the Add icon in the toolbar at the bottom. Doing so will add a new multiple choice question to your form. Type your question in the Question box. Add your options by tapping Option 1 followed by Add option to add more answers.
Change the question type
By default, a multiple choice question is added when you add a new question. To change the question type, tap the Multiple Choice drop-down menu and select the question of your choice from the list. You can choose from the short answer, checkboxes, file upload, date, time and more. Note: Sometimes the question type is automatically updated when you type the question, depending on the text, such as which, what, why, etc.
Edit question
To edit an existing question, tap anywhere to activate the typing boxes. Then write the new questions or options.
Ask a question required
When filling in forms, you must have noticed that some questions are mandatory. If you don’t answer them, the form will not be sent. You can achieve the same in Google forms. To do this, turn on the switch for the Required option that is present under each question. Once turned on, the receiver will see a red asterisk
