Create a work ritual

Contrary to some people’s belief, a routine work schedule aids your creativity by helping you meet the aforementioned quotas. A routine is just a different kind of ritual, taking place in your microcosm.

Kill the “monster”

Maybe Usain Bolt, maybe the speed of sound or maybe stand still. This exercise works on you own personal universe of connections with the mindIt should be done for at least a few minutes. In that time you should have covered dozens, even hundreds of elements, and you will find yourself in a very, very different space than when you started.

Exercise 3. Inspiration through visualization

Go online and watch videos like this: Check out sites like 500px, deviantART or Tumblr or photography and art blogs like this one. Look for tags such as “weird”. You will be amazed at what you will find.

Find something you are really against and write 5 arguments for it. Make it a real taboo topic.
